Bracket length = 150.25 mm
Bracket width = 20 mm
Hole centers = 140mm

Welcome to Swisco. Thank you for your patience with us while we begin to wrap up our busy season. Starting with your lever, see if either the 82-106 or 82-240 would work. For your mortise lock, our 82-227 looks to be compatible at first glance. Take a look at all the parts I recommended and let us know what you think.
