Crestline / Vetter Double Hung Replacement parts

Question

Looking for replacement parts for double hung windows that won't stay open.

1) Crestline Double Hung Jamb Liner Spring 22" (I think there is a clip on the end)

2) Crestline/Vetter Double Hung window Jamb Line Friction Shoe

3) Crestline Vinyl Window Sash Lock

Photos are from parts that were replaced about 12 years. Also looking for instructions on best way to replace as well as how to tell if both sides of jamb need to be replaced or only 1 side.

Hello, Ken. The only part that we carry is the friction shoe, which appears to match our 15-104. The springs are unavailable to us and not possible for us to supply. To replace these, you would need all new jamb liners.

We might have the lock, but it's not something I recognize based on this photo. Can you show it to me from more angles?
