Crestline single hung vinyl window channel balance (bought 2003)

Question

My balance is like your 751 series with attached 15-014 shoe, except the depth of the channel. My channel balance dimensions: 1/2" wide, 7/16?" deep included the ribbed part, 20" long, code DBH02-19HD.

The window track (housing the channel balance) dimensions: 5/8" wide, 1/2" deep.

I can use the old lock shoes if your 15-014 shoe doesn't fit in window channel. In one of the attached photos is missing one rivet(broke), which has to be in the 3rd row of holes from the top of the metal channel.
