Crossbow balance replacement?

Question

I'm looking at replacing many broken window balances used in vinyl double hung tilt in windows for my home. There are likely different sizes that I need since some windows are bigger than others.

Can I get exact replacements or do I need an alternative balance?

Also, the plastic anchor at the top of all these windows have broken and it would appear that I need a "balance screw plug", part 26-200?

Thanks for posting. Crossbow balances are no longer available; we recommend you replace them with our Series 795 Channel Balances. See the video below for details, including the function of the 26-200.
