I don't have one that is not damaged to show. Pictured is one that is more together than any of the rest, the cord extends to the length I described in my first post. The cord attaches at the top of the window which I understand I would need an additional piece...the balance screw plug that the end of the new balance would attach.

Perhaps I can be of assistance. I believe you can use the S795-28 with a stamp option of 28C, which is for a window sash that weighs between 18 through 23 lbs. Let me know if you have any other inquiries.
