Custom Balance

Question

I have attached pictures of a balance I need help identifying. It is 27" long and the shoe we got for it was product code 15-195. Can you tell me which one I need.

The approximate size of the sash is 32 x 30 so maybe 50 pounds.

This looks like our Series 795 channel balance which comes attached with the 15-195 shoe by default. Your stamp "26-5" doesn't match any of our standard options so you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale to choose the appropriate stamp option. There's a chart on the S795 's store page that will tell you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash. When it comes to sash weight, we don't recommend guessing or approximations.

Another important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.
