Comments: I bought the 11 inch S395 and its too long. Everything is good about it but the length. i need it one inch shorter.

Thanks for posting. Since these will need to be custom order balances, I'll need to see a photo of the balances removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments of the balance. I'll also need for you to confirm the length of the metal channel, only the metal and the exact weight of the window.

The balance being stamped with a 2130 make me a bit wary that this is a standard balance which means that it may be a special order. Since custom/special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable I'll need as much information as possible to ensure we are providing you with the correct balances.
