We can custom make the Series 380 channel balance with the 15-029 balance shoe, but we do not have a 2890 stamp option that indicates the spring strength to support the window. 

To move forward, are you able to provide the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!

I have sent over a separate email with an order link for (2) balances with pricing. The balance will have the 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom attached. A 2860 stamp option can support a 32 to 35 lb window sash. Please let me know if you have any additional questions and these balances are nonrefundable.
