The length is 28.5 inch and 1 inch wide at bottom. I also the wtring please.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This is an old rod-style balance that isn't made anymore. Is the spring diameter 1/2"? That's the first thing you want to confirm. If it is, you can follow along with the video below to determine the details needed for the replacement Series 795 balances.
