Custom Balance inquiry

Question

I have this balancer and balancer shoe. Several have popped out of my windows and it appears it's the shoe that is broken on them (since it is a plastic piece). I need to know if I can purchase this shoe and if that will correct my problem? Also, does that shoe replacement come in a metal piece or only plastics?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your T-lock shoe looks like a match for our 15-195. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think. We don't sell this as a metal version, unfortunately.

Note that if you want to replace the balances, it must be a custom order since yours uses a 15-198 hook for installation.
