Custom Balance inquiry

I am writing to request a quote for a custom sash weight balance.

The specifications for the balance are: a weight of 10 lbs, a length of 28 inches including the swivel mechanism, and a length of 27 inches without it. I need one balance in total.

Please let me know the cost, any associated shipping fees, and the estimated lead time for this order. I would also appreciate any information on the next steps to proceed with the purchase.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a match for the Series 795, but it must be a custom order due to the hook. Can you confirm the stamp printed on the metal channel?

Please note that the minimum for custom orders is 2. It's always a good idea to replace balances in pairs anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new hardware to wear out much faster.
