Custom Channel Balance Quote Request

I was informed by SWISCCO nearly initially that I needed the S380-29 sash channel balance that's fitted with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. However, after I was instructed to measure my existing cannel balance bottom that appears to be 7/8-inch as seen in the attached photo, I was told I would need 15-029 bottom that would be a custom build.

It that 1/8 of a difference that critical needing a customed build? Would the standard S380-29 work well? I will want 24 balances for 12 windows to replace all at once. Would it be better to just send one of my existing channel balance units for SWISCO to examine to provide perfect replacemnt channel balances?

My existing guides are labeled 28 4 CALDWELL AM.

Okay, I understand. One issue is the top plastic piece of my existing channel guides are riveted with a post that appear to go all the way through the plastic piece. The replaced 15-005 top piece does not appear in the SWISCO photo of the part to have that hole to rivet to the main metal channel. I will include several photos for you from various angles to determine that we are talking about the same part.

My previous quote expired. May I get an order quote for your S380-29 channel balance with 19-005 top and and 15-029 bottom labeled 28-4? I want four units.

The quote should be for 4, not 24.....
