Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with an open cam T-lock shoe. The balance comes equipped with a closed cam shoe. The 15-195B T-lock shoe will need to be purchased separately and switched out before installation. 

The 26-3 stamp does not directly translate to our spring strength stamp options. To further review, can you confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the T-lock shoe? Thank you!
