Custom Channel Balance Quote Request

Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a very, very odd stamp. I've honestly never seen anything like this before. Can you verify that's what it reads?

If so, I'd like to see some photos of the balance itself before we make a recommendation. Given the bizarre nature of the stamp, we should be 100% sure of what we're recommending, just to be safe. Especially given that custom balances are non-refundable.

To start, please show us a photo of the top and bottom plastic fittings, as well as the stamp itself. I'd also like to see the metal clip at the end of the cord. Finally, please tell me the precise weight of the sash, down to the ounce.

Please make sure the hardware you show us is removed from the window and shown in undamaged condition. If you show us a broken balance, we can't help. Every detail I've requested must be in one piece and clearly visible. Thank you!
