Hello I am trying to get 4 replacement window springs, with a hook at the top and a plastic contraption with a metal hole at the bottom.

Hello! We can supply this balance as a custom order, yes. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add these to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.

To summarize, we'll be making you an S795-33 with a 33D stamp option, but with the top screw clip replaced with our 15-198 hook.
