Custom balance inquiry

Question

I need the 795 balance channel, my channel is 28". But I need the 15-194 t-lock balance shoe closed cam. I also need the 15-198 balance clip attachment added onto the top of the channel. Is this something you can make for me? If you need photos I can send them to you also. Thank you for your help
