Custom made S795-24E balance.

Question

I identified that I have a series 795 balance with your 15-195B shoe. My original stamp on my balance says 24E, my window weights 25.6 I do not see an option for my balance so I am figuring I may need a custom balance made for my window. My balance from metal to metal is 24". My balance screws into the top of the window. Can you please help?

Hello! 24E is not a standard option for the S795-24, so this may need to be a custom order. Please give us a little time to look into the availability of the stamp and we'll get back to you ASAP.

In the meantime, can you confirm how your balance installs at the top of the window? It looks like you have a hook, but it has a hole through it, as if for a screw. It's really quite unique and I'm not sure if it hooks in or screws in. Let me know!
