This looks like a version of the S795-27, but our balance uses a screw to mount to the top of the track, whereas yours uses a hook. This will have to be a custom order due to that difference. Can you confirm the width of the T-lock shoe? We'd also like to know the number of balances you're looking to replace.
The width of the T-lock shoe is 1 inch and there are just two balance need to be replaced.

Thank you for getting back to me! I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) S795-27 (27B) balances with the 15-198 hook attached, which you can use to place an order on our website.
Note that you won't be able to use the default shoes that the balances come with. You'll have to swap them for the 15-194 shoe, which is sold separately. The video below will go over how to do so.
