INSIDE AND OUTSIDE SLIDING DOOR HANDLE W/KEY LOCK. CAN THE KEYS MATCH?

We don't have this exact handle set, but I believe you can use our 82-005 handle set and 82-306 keyed exterior lock (sold separately) to make up a similar working set.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide keys that are keyed alike.

Is there a difference on the handles if they open left to right or right to left?

Both the 82-005 and 82-306 can be used for either a left or right hand side door interchangeably.

What would be the cost of (2)complete sets right and left. what is the return policy if the handles don't work? Thanks again for your help.
