I can't be sure with the part still installed but what I can make out resembles the 15-014. I would recommend removing the balance from the window to compare to the specifications below. There are also other versions of this show so, if you notice any discrepancies, get back to us with photos of the part removed from the window and we can go from there. Thank you!
