Damaged Sash Spring

Question

I was hesitant to remove the spring without having another one to put in.  Any help for ordering replacement parts is appreciated.

Hello,

We can't be sure of what you need with the hardware still installed but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 160 or Series 165 coil springs depending on the width of your coils, to your original assembly. Thanks for posting!
