In the picture, Win1 is good one, Win2 is broken one. I would appreciate it if you can let me know the part name, as well as if you could have such part.

Hello!

It looks like you might have our 15-111 pivot shoe which uses the Series 160 sash support system. You'll need to remove it from your window and compare your dimensions to ours to see if they match up.

This is called a pivot bar. Start by comparing your dimensions to our 26-378 and see if they match up for what you need.
