Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like this balance uses the 19-041. We don't sell a stock balance that uses this top fitting but we can still help via custom order. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you find? Can you confirm the stamp printed on the metal channel as well as the length? How many balances are you looking to order?

Hi - the bottom shoe is 1"
The overall length is 24"
There is no stamp or other marking anywhere inside the channel or out.

Let me know. Thank you.

Thanks for confirming! Can you weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight? Since there isn't a stamp on the channel, we must re-calibrate the proper spring strength for the replacements.

Is that the weight of the channel plus the spring?
Quick Learner from Lake Worth Beach, FL
The weight of channel plus spring is 9oz. The weight of just the spring is 4.5oz. The spring in the unstretched position is 12" long.

My apologies. The window sash is the glass panel that moves up and down, which is what you'll want to weigh.

Hi - my fault - didn't read clearly. The sash weighs 19lbs.

No worries! I appreciate you confirming that for me. I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) balances with a 24" metal channel and 19-041 top fitting and 15-005 1" deep bottom shoe attached. The stamp will be 2340; a pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 23 pounds.

Let me know if you have any questions!

There were some strings attached to what seemed like pulleys that were inside the channels. Are those included as part of the balances? Thanks

Hi - one of the takeout clips broke during the installation. Do you sell those and know what the proper part# is? Based on the one that is still installed, the main leg looks to be 1 1/4" long and 1/4" wide.

We do, yes. Take a look at the 16-002's specifications and see what you think.
