I am looking to replace some defective channel balances. Photos of one of them is attached. The channel balance without the plastic end pieces is 28 inches long. On the side of the balances, there are codes "27 4 HW CMC 7" and "27 4 GW CMC 11".
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi Chuck,
Your balances look like they could be either the S380-28 with a 1" shoe or the S385-28 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If either measurement does not match; I'll need to know the exact measurement of your shoe.
You'll need to select the 2740 stamp option.
