Defective tilt window balance system

These windows are Simonton company, about 20 yrs old. Need new balance parts, as shown in photos.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your window uses an older Simonton balance that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar.
