Hey, Mark. Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-387 and 39-388

I'm less sure about the weatherstripping. I'll need you to remove a small sample and show me a clear picture of the end profile. That way we can make out the shape. The video below should clarify what kind of information we need.

A home owner from Williamstown says:
Hi Tom. Thanks for the info. Only problem I have with the 39-387, 39-388 operators is the short arm measures more like 3 1/2 and the feared arm is more like 4 1/2. The Wright 39-397,388 are 3 1/8 and 4 3/4. Also researching very hard shows something called the Truth 111 /dyad operator being square like mine and the arm measurements closer. How critical is the measurement of 4 1/2 as opposed to 4 3/4. Please advise and thanks. Stay well and safe

Hey, Mark. That's a good question. Ultimately, I think you'll be okay. I suspect yours is an older version of our Wright operator. I'm personally more concerned about the link arm than t he gear arm, which you have a little more wiggle room with. The link arm may end up being an issue, but since ours is shorter than yours you could make up the difference by remounting the attaching bracket a little further up the sash. Even then it may not be necessary. I would try it out as-is to see how well it works.
