Delmar hardware / Truth mechanism

Hi,  I am trying to see if you might have a replacement mechanism that will direct fit this existing mechanism.  I am trying to repair 5 windows with the same failed mechanisms.  I have measured all linkages and will provide whatever info may be needed.  I really appreciate the help!
