Different parts missing on my balances

A home owner from Socialist Rebulik of California says:
You guys were so helpful in identifying which balancer I need. But there is another couple parts that are missing on several windows one is a plated steel clip up high that sits almost flush uup high but if you put fingernail under it will"click" out standing out no longer flush the other is a white pvc spacer I think that clips into the vinyl channel I am attaching photos to see if you can sell me new parts?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Looks like you need a take out clip for balances and a vinyl glazing strip. For the take out clip, see our 16-002

For the glazing strip, I don't know exactly what this is, but our 55-120 is very similar. You can actually order a sample of it here if you wanted to try it out.
