Disjointed clip and little black things...

Question

Hello,

The take-out clip on one side of my window has "popped out" of its position. Should I try to pry it back into position? or can you recommend an alternative way to re-position it??

Also, the two fractured parts pictured are part of the window assembly. Are they available from you (I hope so!)

First remove the metal take out clip (which appears similar to our 16-002), then slip in the bottom "U" shape first. Then snap in the top piece and you should be good to go. For the broken black top sash guide, see our 18-009 and let me know if this is a match.
