Do I need a 385, 2730?

I think I need a 385, but could you confirm.

The length of the metal is 28"
The marking on the metal is "27 3" (See Image)
The ends are shown in the pictures. I believe I need 15-004, because the dimension is 1 3/32".

I agree with your assessment. Our S385-28 with the 2730 spring strength option would make a great match for your hardware since the bottom shoe is 1-3/32" deep.
