Do the Quick-Tilt Pivot Shoe Sash Carriers come in different sizes, or is it standard? I have several that have broken and so the bottom half of my window will not stay up. I'm glad to see these little guys are replaceable, but I don't know if I have to buy a particular size, etc. Please advise and thanks!

Yes, all pivot shoes come in different sizes. There is, unfortunately, no industry standard. Your looks like a match for our 15-177, which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Compare the dimensions and see what you think.
