Looks like you need a kind of weatherstripping and a patio glass door roller. I think we can replace both, but it will ultimately come down to your dimensions, which I cannot determine from your photos.

For the roller, start with our 81-020, 81-132, or 81-245. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and let me know what you think.

I'm less sure about the weatherstripping. Can you explain to me how it installs? Does it push into a slot or slide into the slot from the edge? Is this sample perhaps damaged in some way, and if so can we see an undamaged version?
