Do you have a replacement for this handle?

Thanks for posting! Your patio handle can be replaced with our 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set (or its keyed version 82-081). The mortise lock, sold separately, can likely be replaced with the 82-268B Multi-Point Mortise Lock. Although, it does appear a bit different in design, so I cannot make any gurantees.
