Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell balance cords, nor does any other window hardware supplier that we know of. These aren't designed to be replaced so you will need a new balance. I recommend our S380-21 or S385-21 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to pick out the best match. You will also need the 2040 spring strength option.
