You have a older Andersen awning operator made in the 1950's. I'm afraid it's no longer available due to its age. I don't think anything we carry can substitute it, at least not without a lot of work. You can consider our 39-389 or 39-390, as well as the 39-286 handle, but I'm not sure. We also have the 39-015 and 39-083 operators used by Truth, along with the 39-114L Truth handle, but this is just an educated guess. I'm sorry I can't make a better recommendation.
