Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance housing reminds me of the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. I am confident these are the replacement you'll need, however, I would still suggest carefully comparing the dimensions to confirm this is the right fit.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since your housing is stamped with a 7, you'll likely need the S180-7. Two of them (one on each side) will support a sash weighing 14lbs. 

The compatible mounting bracket is the 16-024.
