Do you sell heavy capacity balances?

Question

Hello! I believe this is a wardco revival single hung window. Their website says this window uses heavy capacity balances. Can't find the replacement part on the internet, is there another alternative?  Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us! We do not carry any exact match for the this pivot shoe however, we suggest using the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe as a replacement. Carefully review and compare it to your pivot shoe to determine if it would be a suitable replacement alternative.

This coil shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the spring strength needed for your window, take a look at your existing coils for an stamps/markings.

If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Once you have the sash weight, you'll need to take that number and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
