Do you sell the Kohler casement window latches?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 38-277 keeper resembles yours. See the 38-276 for the opposite side. Review our specifications and see if they meet what you need. 

I'm afraid I don't recognize the part in your second photo shown here though. Would it be possible for us to see a few more photos of the whole thing? Could you tell us the function? 

As for the tag, it usually would be along the window itself or in the window jamb.  

The keepers are compatible with the 38-144 and 38-160 casement sash locks. See if one of them matches up with your old lock.
