Do you sell this 28C USB Channel Balance?

Question

Stamp 28C  USB. CHANNEL is 29" long. I need 22 new channels. Replacing 11 window channels. From reading I need the plastic pieces on top and bottom.  Looking for some guidance as to what series to order for the channel along with the plastic top and bottom pieces. Thank you

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the S380-29 channel balances to yours, which come with the top and bottom fittings attached. Make sure to confirm that the bottom fitting has the same 1" depth shown below. Your 28C stamp would generally correspond to 2830 strength options for these balances but you can also weigh your sash to confirm that it falls within the 16-23 lbs range supported by these balances.
