Thanks for posting! Your patio door handle set looks similar to our 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully compare the dimensions and design. You'll especially want to confirm the distance between the installation holes.
The compatible mortise lock appears to be the 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with a pocket plate. Again, to confirm this is the right fit, carefully look over the measurements below. This lock is sold separately from the handle set.
The keeper compatible with this mortise lock is our 82-249. You'll need to be sure to compare it with your existing keeper or the space where this keeper would be installed to ensure it will fit properly into the space.
