Your photos show a hinge that we carried at one time but, unfortunately, was discontinued. With that being said, take a look at the 36-048 and 36-004-10 as possible replacements. We believe either of these hinges should work for your window. You'll need to draw a line in the location of your existing hinge to install the new hinge in the correct position.
