Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 38-144 sash lock. The 38-277 and 38-276 are the compatible keepers. Review the specifications and see how they compare with an undamaged version of the old lock.

I ordered it, dimensions are very close I hope it works, if it fits I have more to replace.
