Does the 39-027E mount through an opening in the casing?

I think this is what I need . The measurements are the same as the existing part. The last thing I need to know is if it mounts like the attached photo.

Thanks for posting. It's tough to say from these photos, but the 39-027E certainly looks similar. It screws to the sill using a flat horizontal plate and inserts into the track using a nylon wheel. I can't tell if yours does as both of those details are obscured in your photos.
