Does the 39-157 extension work for Truth handles?

Can I attach a "Truth" handle directly to the 39-157 4" handle extension piece, without any additional support bracket? Do you carry any other extension piece & handle assemblies which are even longer than the 4"?

Yes, the 39-157 crank extension is for Truth hardware so I believe that they will fit together. We also carry the 39-337 2" extension. You may be able to install the two together to achieve the length you need for your window. I would also suggest you do use the 39-157B support bracket.
