Don't know what product this is

Question

I need to replace this slider mechanism. Im trying to see if I can find a fix for the lock or if I need to replace the whole slider. Please help me identify this product so I can go about getting estimates.

Thanks for writing in! The patio door handle set you have here reminds me of the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set, which is made for doors with an offset latch lever. Although, it appears that your handle has been modified to fit on the door. I believe the 82-107 may work to repair this but it may be better to use a handle set made specifically to fit a set up with a centered lever.
