Door Handle & Locking Mechanism

Question

I have an old sliding glass door that has a broken door lock that is attached to a low profile handle with a fork mechanism that slides down over a post to lock...It has gotten to the point that I can no longer rig it to work and have to use a tool to lock/unlock the door! If anyone knows where I can get the parts that would be awesome!

We did carry this handle set at one time but, unfortunately, it was discontinued and is no longer available. Take a look at our surface mounted 82-005 handle set but keep in mind that you will need to drill new installation holes. Thank you!
