I would like to purchase 2 sets of replacement hardware.

What colors can I get? What is the price?

I am looking to replace the hardware I have.

Is the 82-005 surface mount door handle correct

The screw holes are 5" apart.

the door is 1" thick

I'm afraid that your complete handle is no longer available. Look at the 82-225 internal latch. This looks similar to the one in your photos. If you do want to replace the complete handle set, the 82-005 is the only handle that comes close to yours.
