Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the handle set shown in your photos and I can't determine the mortise lock that your door uses without seeing the original. In cases like this, our best recommendation would be to see if you could use something like the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set with 4-15/16" installation holes. This would bypass the internal mortise lock entirely but you would need to review the video below to determine if you'd be able to install the handle set and keeper. We can't make any guarantees but take a look and see what you think. 

It sounds like you may be referring to your post from 7/23 shown above. If so, the 82-005 would be our best replacement option since we do not carry replacement parts that would include the locking hook like the piece shown in your new photos.
