Door Won't Lock

Quick Learner from Sand Springs, OK
We have what I believe to be a legacy handle on our Lincoln sliding glass door. Do we need to replace the entire handle or just the inside locking mechanism? Also a screw is missing from the handle on the inside which we have not been able to find a working replacement at local hardware stores. If just the inside mechanism does it come with screws or can you supply those as well?
Thanks

Thanks for posting. To know what you need to replace, remove the handle set from the door. See if the key lock and thumb lever function on their own. If they do, you don't need a new handle set; if they clearly are broken, see our 82-087. Now, while the handle set is removed, try manually 'flipping' the mortise lock with a flat head screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, you'll need a new mortise lock. See our 82-265. Yes, this does come with fasteners. Let me know if you have any other questions.
