Will this keyed locking handle work on a Milgard patio door? It has the double jaw mortis latch

The 82-081 is often associated with Milgard doors, but I can't confirm from this information alone. If the hole spacing for a handle set is 4-15/16", this is a pretty good indicator. Make sure the mortise lock resembles our 82-238 or 82-268B.
